International applicants for graduate entry in 2019 (February intake)
Applications from international students are accepted at any time during the year, however it is important to be aware that no international applications for the Doctor of Veterinary Medicine will be processed before April of the year prior to a given course intake (ie. April 2018 for the February 2019 intake).
Appplications from international applicants for the Semester 1, 2019 (February) intake will remain open until December 2018, however it is strongly recommend that international applicants apply by no later than October 31, 2018 to allow adequate time for making any necessary travel or visa arrangements.

There is a quota of 50 places available for international students in this course. Applications are processed based on the date of submission. We encourage prospects to submit an application as soon as possible for entry into the February 2019 intake.

- You have already graduated from your degree, or
- Will complete your undergraduate degree in 2018
Veterinary Bioscience specialisation applicants for 2019 (Accelerated Pathway)
Second-year University of Melbourne Bachelor of Science students enrolled in the prerequisite subject VETS20015 Foundations of Animal Health 2 in 2018 will be contacted directly by the Faculty of Veterinary and Agricultural Sciences regarding the application process for the Veterinary Bioscience specialisation in 2019 (which is the accelerated pathway for the 2020 DVM intake).
Applications for the specialisation pathway will open from October.
