William Buckland Foundation Residential Scholarship
Established in 2014, The William Buckland Foundation Residential Scholarship Program seeks to assist students from rural and regional Victoria to access higher education to complete studies in Agriculture and Land Management.
Awarded by the William Buckland Foundation in conjunction with St Hilda’s and Trinity Colleges to provide residential support for undergraduate agriculture students.
If you are from a rural or regional area of Victoria and commencing a Bachelor of Agriculture, this scholarship could assist you with your accomodation expenses during your three years of study. Up to three Scholarships are available.
Scholarship recipients will receive annual payments for a period of three years. The total value of the scholarship is dependent on the college the student accepts a place at. Up to six scholarships are available each year.

How to apply
Terms and Conditions
Annual scholarships are paid in two instalments after Semester 1and Semester 2 census dates.
- Amounts are payable as a pro-rata if enrolment is less than full time
- Full-time enrolment constitutes at least 37.5 points in one half-year period
Scholarship recipients are expected to attend an award ceremony. Failure to attend (without extenuating circumstances) may result in cancellation of the scholarship.
Students are expected to maintain ‘good standing’ in their course. This means not being identified as At Risk of, or making unsatisfactory progress.
