Publish or Perish? Strategic publishing in veterinary and agricultural sciences

Publishing research papers is the most common method used by researchers to communicate their work to a wider audience. In this seminar we will discuss the where, when, how and why of publishing your work in peer-reviewed journals, as well as other approaches to communicating with a broader audience.

Glenn Browning is the Director of the Asia-Pacific Centre for Animal Health in the Melbourne Veterinary School. He has many years of experience as an author and editor of scientific papers, and as an assessor of research performance.
